Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF): Accreditation consultant and administrative/program surveyor. I have supported over 40 organizations through North America in over 15 states and 4 provinces. Focus on Child and Youth services and Board Governance.
BC Council for Families: Vancouver Coastal Director, Board Voice Liaison, and Chair of Board Human Resources sub-committee. Focused on inter-board development, recruitment and orientation. Provincial advocacy and training for non-profit organizations.
Boys and Girls Club Community Services of Delta/Richmond: Worked in the non-profit organization for fifteen years as child and youth counsellor, team leader, Manager of Counselling programs, Manager of clubs and community services in Delta BC. Worked diligently to create and expand programs throughout three communities and engaged heavily with community stakeholders to develop socially innovative programs. Chaired local community Child and Youth planning table.
